Comparing times of received calls between dashboard and activity, I notice there are vast differences on some of the calls. Is this an anomaly in the system or is there another reason for it?

I've noticed the same thing. Seems to be about a five hour discrepency on the times for me. Perhaps one is reporting the GMT time and one is reporting the correct EST time? Strange that it only affects certain calls though.

I've seen it once. I am in the Eastern Time Zone. The caller was in the Central Time Zone. The call was logged five hours later than it occurred. But, the quality was great so I really didn't care. Just got a laugh from it.

Happens to me too, yesterday it showed I made and received calls five hours later than I actually did. I talked to customer service, no idea why it was happening. They said they were writing a service ticket.

Same thing with me - looked like the dashboard was showing UTC while the activity page was showing local time.

I was told by Vonage that you are not billed for any incomming calls. The only calls you are billed for are calls that you place. Does this coincide with any of your inconsistences?

Sorry, I didn't read carefully. The foregoing was not related to your question at all. What you may want to check to resolve your issue however is under Account on the Vonage web site. You may not have selected a time zone and so all times are being report in GMT which depending on which part of the US you are in may be a 5 hour scew from your actual time.
