I have also unplugged my router a several times. Didn't help.

Few days after the 1.30 upgrade (wich I didn't noticed immediatly) m y voicemail didn't worked (after four rings, the line just cut... or hangup), so I had to reboot the RT31P2 to get it back.

I also have the "single ring thing" but only after a normal incoming call (pick-up, speaks, hangup). On the following call, the single ring thing can happen... But its not a 100% sure...

When the "single ring thing" happens and I log in the RT31P2, the voice status message say something like "router is resynchronising services" then the phone light goes off for a second, come back and then all run fine for a few calls...

This began with the 1.30 upgrade and I'm from Montreal with Videotron as ISP. My RT31P2 is behind a Clarkconnect router with 3 other PCs. All runned fine before the 1.30 upgrade.

Now this is ridiculous..

My mother-in-law called tonight.. rang 10 times on her end.. once on my end.

STILL awaiting a response from my email to Vonage support.

I have experierenced a version of this problem and have managed to cure it. May not apply to everyone's set-up, but worked for me. I have an RT31P2 connected to a Wireless Ethernet Bridge (WET54GS5) which in turn communicates to a WRT54G router.

In this config I was able to make outgoing calls, but incoming calls would roll to VoiceMail after 1 ring.

I took the RT31P2 back to factory defaults, ran set-up from scratch and turned off DHCP (the router provides that function) and also disabled MAC address cloning (had defaulted to picking up my PC's network card MAC, only needed on the router that connects to the ISP). Hey presto, incoming calls now work fine. I imagine that there was some issue with the same MAC address being active twice on the LAN at the same time that caused a problem, or maybe something with the DHCP.
