I've been having the same trouble for a couple of weeks. On occasion the phone will ring once, and then forward to the network out of service number, in this case my cellphone. I'm still using the old Cisco ATA-186. |

Same problem in Dallas, TX. ISP: Comcast Linksys RT31P2 Router
I tried calling my number and it only rings once and then there is dead silence
I hope they are aware of the problem and am trying to fix it. |

I'm in Fairfax, Virginia, using a Motorola VT1005 telephone adapter.
My ISP is Cox cable. |

This is happening to me as well. I'm not using Vonage voice mail or forwarding - just my local answering machine.

I've emailed Vonage support, but no response as of yet. Has anyone else heard back from them? |

Sorry, if this has been mentioned already but have you guys tried unplugging your router and plugging it back in? I had a weird issue where I heard a stutter tone (voicemail is disabled) and unplugging/plugging it back in fixed it. It's almost as if Vonage sent a signal to all our TPA's accidentally and then said ooops. |

I unplugged my router for 5 minutes with no effect.
