Post subject: Where is the problem - Vonage or ISP
Re: When conversations get choppy, lost calls etc
It seems to me there ought to be tests that I can run to try to determine whether it is
Vonage
or my ISP (Comcast). Too often I have a problem, run a speed test, get great results and then am stuck.
Anyone have any ideas??

Could you post your configuration? Which adaptor and where it is placed?
Are you using your connection excessively when attempting to make or receive a phone call?
