Sending in a 911 acknowledgment

I must have missed something.
When I got Vonage up and running I set up my 911 address.
Since then I don't remember any communications from Vonage asking me to acknowledgment that I understand the limitations of E911 service over VoIP.
Am I supposed to do something?

I received two forms of communication from Vonage. The first came when I logged into Vonage.com and they sent me to an acknowledgment screen for their 911 service. The second came in the form of a letter from them. Although this time it didn't say anything about acknowledging anything. It just gave me a revised ToS and a cover letter that mentioned the acknowledgement request.

If you didn't receive any of these two items, call vonage and ask them to lead you to the right place.

You did acknowledge it when you set it up, however, since then, Vonage as presented an acknowledgement when you login to Dashboard.
