Post subject: CallManager Vonage play nice?
I currently have Cisco CallManager and IP phones at my small office. I have 4 FXO ports configed for external calls.
Here is my question, I know this has been pondered by many many people but has any one ever figured out a way to connect a Cisco gateway directly to the
Vonage
network? Or to shoot this another way realistically I should be able to hook an FXS port from my router to the
Vonage
router and use it to route calls. If i could route my long distance calls via
Vonage
I think I would have something going there
So here it is, one has anyone ever hooked a cisco gateway directly to
Vonage
? Or two has anyone ever tried a Cisco gateway with an FXS card hooked to the standard
Vonage
router. If option two would work, which it seems realistic, all a guy would have to do is enter the correct dial peer and route calls just like a regular POTS line.
Let me know what you think.

Post subject: FXO to CME works!
I know that you can use FXO ports on your CME router to connect to your
Vonage
router. What I have not tried yet is a direct SIP integration or maybe even a SIP integration for MWI. I have searched on the last two and have not found anything yet. Please let me know if any one is using SIP to CME.
