Yeah, works great. What do you want to know?
I use the SJLabs Softphone on my home desktop, and a new Axim running the same software for PPC2003. Sound quality on the Axim is first rate, on the desktop (with an analog PC handset) not quite so good, but very useable. I use a Plantronics noise cancelling headset on the Axim.
The softphone is *so* good that I no longer use the Vonage modem. (on the road with an employee)
Setup is effortless, just grab the software version for Vonage, enter your softphone number and password, and go!!!!!!! The password needed is not your account password; a special softphone password will be shown on the softphone setup page on your dashboard. The softphone works beautifully over wifi connections.
The softphone has all the options of your master account. Incoming calls don't count on MOU minutes, so little worry on minutes unless you are a heavy caller.
Give it a try, you will be pleased. |
