hey this Vonage is crystal clear. plus i got teh fax lin working i got all my calls forwarded to fax line to pick up on voice mail in 10 seconds. i heard that fax line does not have voice mail is this true. if it is it does not make sense caus it says all forwarded calls will be answerd by voice mail if no pick up on set time limit.
I agree. Vonage is great. Despite some problems others have posted on this forum, my experience with Vonage has been very good. Here's my history:
12-5-03: Ordered Vonage via their website 12-12-03: Received ATA (1 week shipping time-just like they said) 12-23-03: Faxed LOA to transfer my SBC number to Vonage 1-23-04: Ordered seperate fax number via website (the fax line was activated in less than 3 minutes) 1-27-04: Number transfer completed (About 20 business days)
Customer Service: Have sent 6 e-mails to CS, response time has ranged from 3 hours to 2 days.
Call Quality: Both local and long distance calls (made calls to both New York and California) are clear, with no noise or interference.
Fax line: No adjustments/tweaking needed on fax machine. Have sent/received 15-20 faxes with no problems.
