Wow, I've never had a bad experience with the Vonage call support. Hopefully you get this resolved. Let us know if it's the MAC addy.

This morning I got an email from Vonage, about of all things, an order confirmation.

When I was on the phone with the tech, we were about to have him send me a new adapter, until we found out that the MAC address was the problem.

So why the hell are they still sending me a new adapter, and why are they making it look like they are going to charge me money for it?

They never said anything about me being charged, he said that if I didn't send the other adapter back within a certain amount of time, then I might be charged. But they shouldn't be sending me anything anyway since we found out that the mac address was the problem.

This tech support is even worse than comcast! Mad

And to top it off I bet they are going to expect me to ship one of these back at my expense? Or how about the fact that i've been paying for this service since the 17th yet have not even made a single phone call yet?

I hope that this was an order conformation for the router that you already have? ! Hopefully they didn't screw that up and order you a new one with-out even telling you they were going to. You might want to call the bank and tell them if there is a 90? charge on your account from Vonage that you are contesting it.
