Type: 192.168.15.1 in your browser and hit enter. That should bring you to the login screen. The firmware version is noted at the top right hand corner. Should you want to log in the default username and password are admin/admin.
Just go off the phone with a techie at Vonage in New York working on a caller ID problem. He loaded a new firm ware on to the router from his end while I was talking to him. It seems to fixed my caller ID. These guys are really pretty persistent; perhaps more so if they aren't bogged down with calls.
It only make sense that the RTP300 would have to be connected directly to the computer. Has anyone ever tried to connect the RTP300 to a hub and not to an existing router?

Recieved my RTP300 today and set it up right out of the box. Have it sitting behind my wireless WRT54GS and it works fine, the calls are clear and crisp. I have a feeling I'll be one happy customer.
Well it's been about a month and I've had no problems. One very happy camper, my daughters on the phone constantly using the 3 way calling whenever she wants. Saving me a bundle...
