I have read all the threads regarding faxing over Vonage. We have an OfficeJet K60 and it doesn't send well at all, despite having 256Kbps of good bandwidth upstream. We have tried turning off error correction, installing a DSL filter (per support - go figure), etc. The biggest issue is that our fax cannot be set to 9600 bps. We are planning to buy a new one to get this working well, but we are not sure what to buy. Searching for this info is not easy.
If you have a working setup, can you please post what model fax you have, and whether it was downgradable to 9600bps. Also, can you give an idea of what "grade" unit it is - i.e. is it one of the compact, light-duty units, is it a medium-duty unit or a heavy-duty unit. Perhaps this will become a useful list to help the others who are frustrated.
