Hello,
I'm using Vonage with a Linksys WRT54GP2. Everything works fine with Voice. There is only one problem, after 12 hours of non-use, the WRT54GP2 disconnect my PC from internet, while voice on "phone 1" is still working. So I need to reboot the WRT54GP2 in order to reestablish the connection with internet.
What can be the solution for this problem ? Thanks in advance!! |

I'm not going to be much help here, but I might advise you to post more info about your system. I have the same Router and was having problems too. (As in more than one) One of my problems turned out to be one of my adapters. I upgraded to a different driver and it was fixed. More info on your system might help someone give you better advise. By the way, Vonage just sent out another firmware upgrade to 1.29.00 and voice version 3.1.5(LIC) |

Just power cycle your equipment and see if it updates. Not sure if that's how it's done, but you don't find the firmware....It finds you. I mean that the Vonage techs have control over their firmware and you can't upgrade like other Linksys devices. |
