Call Forwarding Issue. Forwarded calls drop after 3 rings.

I've apparently not had any voice mail for the better part of a week.

Unanswered forwards to my cell phone are being dropped by Vonage instead of going into my cell phone's voicemail system after 3 rings.

Reset call forwarding and had the forwarding system working properly exactly once.

Contacted tech-support, waited 35 minutes on hold. The tech support person argued with me that it was not possible for a call that is being forwarded to another number to be returned back into Vonage's Voicemail System, which also isn't working properly.

It's kind of frightening when I have to point out to a companies tech-support department their own faqs and their own system features.

I really want to recommend Vonage Service to my clients. I really wanted to set up a multiline system in my office. My clients can't leave me voice mails. I've lost money. Now I'm really not sure. Anyone have any ideas? I'm truly dissapointed.

I get the same problem but only when the call is placed to my Toronto virtual number. Tech support said they were having some difficulties with this, to wait and see if it resolves itself in the next couple of weeks.. I'm going on 3.

The details:
I have one Primary Vonage number, one Toronto Virtual number and a cell number.
If I set call forwarding and someone calls my virtual number I only have 2 rings within which to answer at the forwarding number (my cell), if I don't pick up in the first 2 rings the call is dropped.
If I set Simul-RingSM so it should ring on my primary number and my cell simultaneously then it rings at my primary right away but doesn't ring on my cell until a minute later.. a full minute later!

This only happens when someone dials the virtual number, if they dial the primary number everything works great.

Any ideas?
