Although I found it interesting when I replied to an email entitled DHL-Waybill today I got an automatic reply telling me to reset my router....
So they do try...sort of. Very Happy

Its a plain and simple fact that the CS of Vonage ****, TOTALLY.

I called 5 times today about the caller id time that i have on incoming calls, I was transfered around everytime, sometimes 4 times one call ( i could barely understand any of the reps)

EVERY time I was dropped, i gave up for the day, but I am not done yet, these guys are a beating.

I do love the features and the service i have with my verizon FIOS, but the CS does suck

Umm try to say, "I would like to speak with a Technical Support Rep" Keyword here is "technical".

Now what is the problem you are having with caller ID?

as far as their job, i don't understand what you are saying, There job is there job, they chose it and it also seems to me that they have offshored almost the entire CS to India (lots of other companies have done this also)
