Could you perhaps bring back the online chat or get some more people who know what there doing when you call? Im not trying to be rude but I just never can get the service I really need. And yes sometimes these forums can help, And when they do its hours or days or sometimes weeks before I get it. And sometimes it gets frustrating. So if you guys could take my advice I'd muchly appreciate it. Because it was like what was said before in this forum, These people you wait forever to get a hold of, Can only help you with the first 10 FAQ's. I know im probably wasting my time, But hey its worth a shot. |

I was just curious about something. Is it really policy to tell someone that they can just go to the store and get a missing part, when it was supposed to be in the box along with the rest of the equipment? Even if it does cost a dollar, i think that if it was supposed to be with everything else, and I have already paid for it... they should have to make it better. I am not trying to be rude but I was taken aback by the statement I recieved when I called and asked for a missing part. I can not set up service to see if I like it yet without the part. So sorry, just thought I would get better customer service as a Brand New customer. Aside from that.. I am excited to have cheap phone service finally. Thanks for the vent session. Meabya |
