Anyone been emailing them and not getting any replies? I sent them 3 emails over this past week... nothing, zilch, nadda... not one single reply, except the auto reply saying they will "respond shortly" ... What a joke!  |

I've emailed about 10 times over the past week and I've always received a response. They've responded anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours.

Oh well...
-Had this JUNK for 2 weeks and can't get it to work. -Customer service ignores me.

What seems to be wrong, maybe we can help you with something. 9 times out of 10 you won't have to contact Tech. Support. |

The phone works but not the internet. I am trying to get CS to tell me what would cause this but I guess they don't know or don't want to put the Starbucks down to try to help me. Thier manual is lousy and lacks instructions and details.
Don't worry about trying to help, this heap of **** is going back come Monday. I don't like giving peple that blow me off my money. |

so far i have received replies to my e-mails in a prompt manner,and if you would have given us more info i bet some one on here could have got ya up and running--remember this is new technology and patience is a virtue  |

Why don't you just call them? I have done so at least five or six times over the last two months and never once did I wait more than 2 or 3 minutes to get a technician. I see people on hear saying they can never get customer service, but I have never once had this problem. |

Just a thought... I also just lost my internet connection when my computer was running the my MTA....by any chance have you logged into your MTA using the address 192.168.102.1 and looked at the DNS Server addresses. Make sure that they are not reading 0.0.0.0 but they are reading your actual DNS Server addresses issued by your ISP.
In my case, my DNS server addresses were blank and that caused my computer to stop being able to connect to the internet. |

Its funny. I responded to someone in this forum about an intermittent problem with my Vonage. I did not contact Vonage my self. yet I received an email from Vonage saying they heard I had a problem and asking me for the details. I was impressed. Now it took a few days for them to rerespond but hey I didn't contact them in the first place so I am not complaining. On average Vonage saves me $65-$100 a month and allows me to use my phone all I want without a second thought. The way I see it, its worthwhile. |
