I have a similiar problem with my dsl modem losing sync and regaining -dropping calls. It just started within the last week. Sounds odd the Vonage would be able to do that. I thought it was a line issue. interesting. |

I'm glad that someone else is having a similar problem (sorry, misery loves company) -- the reason I'm almost sure it has something to do with Vonage (or the firmware) is because it only happens when calls are connecting, either incoming or outgoing.
I also didn't think that the traffic would be enough to cause the modem to reboot, but it's happening. I would be interested to know if your reboots coincide with receiving or sending a call.
Since it doesn't always happen, it's hard to pin down what's going on. |
