new RT31P2 firmware

Our RT31P2 at home is still stuck at 1.28.00, but I haven't been home in a few months, so I haven't been able to try using the reset button.

the latest seems to be 1.30.01 with 3.1.6(LI) voice.

as your manual states, they are supposed to be automatically pushed. as paul stated, one way to force it is to reset the device. the last way is to call tech support.

Yes I had done this before however nothing happened. i have not been able to upgade until after the 5th attempt

My RT31P2 currently shows a firmware version of 1.30.01. I have no idea when I might have gotten the upgrade pushed to me, but I did have to power down yesterday afternoon to restore service.

I just called home and and my dad hold down the reset button. The RT31P2 is now showing 1.30.01.

I going to guess that if you go to the Linksys site and go to Support or Downloads and enter you router model, you see the firmware available??
