Need to get US ring tone back

Vonage have changed my ring tone fron a US to a UK and it sounds awful. How can i change it back to a US style ring tone?

I emailed them about it and it changed back to a US but i didn't get an email back or anything.

What do you mean by it sounded awful, do you mean it was distorted?

If that were the case I suspect it was due to the level been far too loud, ringback tones was set at -10 where it should be somewhere closer to -19.

I believe they have corrected this now.
