I'm having trouble with calls again. In and out. Anyone else.

Using Comcast in Denver. This is frustrating. Equipment is fine.

Yep, getting the "All circuits are busy" error again. No service announcement at the Vonage website. This is 2X within a week with the same error. Maybe Vonage is overselling it's service....

If so, they are going to start losing customers quickly. That would be a shame.

Near Champaign, IL here.

Dialing 1-866-243-4357, the vonage help line, results in 2 rings, silence, and then a fast busy. Come on Vonage, get your act together.

Outbound calls ring and ring but the phone being called does not ring. Tested this inside CT (203 and 860) and to my 914 area code cell.

Anybody else?

Now I just made another call and it worked fine..... who knows...?

I take that back, now everything is a fast busy signal again. I'm usually pretty easy going, but even this is starting to piss me off.

Having the "all circuits are busy" message here too in Indiana (219) trying to call within my area code. Just started using Vonage a couple of days ago. I hope this doesn't happen often Sad

It's down here in New York too. First, got the "all circuits busy" message repeatedly (after the phone number rang about 10 times). Now I'm getting the fast busy. Worst part is that there is no service announcement on the website. I tried to call vonage, but it just rang and rang - no answer. I presume they know about this outage - why can't they post a service announcement so that people don't wonder what's going on?

Apparently it just went down, and is down either everywhere or over a large area. So far, the mid-west seems to be affected. Vonage really needs to start getting it's act together.

Was able to get through to corporate. They couldn't transfer me to the executive help team or whatever it is called. So I called 732.528.2601 on the off chance I could speak with someone. Got Jeffery Citron's office Chairman CEO and left a messege for him to get it together. Won't accomplish anything but if felt good.
