Calls seem to be working now...

and my friend who has Vonage UK found a working number to Vonage!

732-650-6699 It'll ring a few times, then go to silence...then eventually the automated attendant picks up, but at least it works.

It doesn't work either. Most likely Vonage has taken their call center offline.

My service is back. Outbound call from Cincinnati is working fine now.

I wasnt home most of the day for work, so the effect of the outage was only 1.5 hours for me. Sorry for those of you who were affected all day Sad

Give it a try again... rang about 10 times this time before the automated attendant picked up when I just tried.

service was down in atlanta as well. i just got a fast busy signal. im using comcast. i thought it was only me and when i came here to search for "busy signal" trhis was the first thread to pop up! atleast im relieved to know its not anything i did or was done... ive got cell service so it was no biggie. the uniden elbt 595 phone lets you use your mobile phone as well so all was good but this is not a good sign of things to come form vonage...

its sad, 7 pages and not one vonage rep came here to drop any hints as to what happened...

Started working for me 4-1/2 hours ago and still okay now. Unfortunately, 5 hours ago I had an important conference call scheduled. I lent my VoicePulse SPA-2000 to a friend so I had to use conventional means overseas. Arrghh Hope this is not a trend that repeats often.

I think I'll keep my VoicePulse account open another month or two...
