Same thing here in 214 area code. All outbound calls fail with recorded message.
Come on Vonage, let's get this fixed! How about instead of using that venture capital money to expand into new markets, you focus on improving your infrastructure to keep current customers from losing service every few days!!!
Sorry, but this is really frustrating and I'm getting tired of it. Can anyone suggest a better VOIP service? In my case VOIP is my only option for right now... |

It appears that outbound calls are completely down. Several different numbers yielded the same result. |

Yep, I'm getting the same: "Calls to this number cannot be completed currently. We're working with our partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. 0107" on everything except voice mail (which works for some strange reason) and if I call up Vonage, I just get endless ringing. |

Well after viewing the Verizon website I think I have made my choice of changing VoIP provider and ISP. I can get Verizon FIOS internet in my area for 34.95 a month and then Verizon VoiceWing VoIP for 29.95 a month if I have FIOS. Sounds like a good deal to me |

Seem to be getting the same thing here in Massachusetts. I was able to call between my 2 vonage numbers in my home office so it seems to be off network calls only.

I'd take Fios in a heartbeat!
As for Vonage, they have been working on this issue for quite a while now and it's only gotten worse.
BTW: Anybody notice how many of us are on the site right now? I've actually never seen so many of us on at one time. |

UPDATE: But now I'm getting bursts of static during the calls. |

Service out all day. No outbound. Voice mail only accessible from web site.
Can not get through on other land line to Vonage (thank goodness I kept it).
What a deal!!! |

could not get through most of the day.
when i was finally able to get through, i got garbled sound on either my incoming sound or my outgoing message -- sometimes both!
this is totally unacceptable -- if it's not fixed very soon, I'm done with vonage. |
