Same problem here in Albuquerque. Cannot make outgoing calls, incoming works fine.
Vonage- please make some type of announcement on your website when experiencing these problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe it's time to start shopping for another provider! |

No service in 919 area code, Raleigh NC.
This absolutely blows. I am working from home and relying on the Vonage service. I've used Vonage for about 1.5 years, but I have never seen service outages as often as lately.
I am getting close to the point of not tolerating this level of service anymore. If we are paying for a service I think it is reasonable to expect to get it.
If I switch I may pay more, but at least I'll have a phone that works. Is that too much to ask? |

For anybody new, welcome to vonage. Enjoy the forum because as you will no doubt discover it is the only thing vonage related that seems to work consistently. So long vonage, I have put up with this for far too long already. I will be switching this week to another VOIP. |

Now it says when I dial ANY number in any area code "Calls to this number cannot be connected at this time. We are working with our partners to correct the problem"....thats it...never thought I would say this but its back to the landline... |

I'm getting that message also. It seems like the sh** has really hit the fan at Vonage. |

I'm glad I have my landline as back-up.
It's a low-use line through the local phone company (A Bell company). $8/mo. |

Same problem with the 416 in Toronto, Canada. I guess I'll cancel this garbage service once I can get in contact with customer "Service", what a joke. |

New as of last week. 3 problem days out of 7. Considering switching to competitor if it is more reliable. Does anyone know of a comparible user forum such as this one for ATT CallVantage to monitor before switching? |
