Service is out in San Diego. I am at the end of my rope with this company. It is not even as reliable as my GSM phone, much less the bullet-proof PSTN. It does not help that there is no news on the web page and the service "phone lines" are essentailly dead.

Are you serious? -- It's funny that you got through the corporate number.

Was able to get through to corporate. They couldn't transfer me to the executive help team or whatever it is called. So I called 732.528.2601 on the off chance I could speak with someone. Got Jeffery Citron's office Chairman CEO and left a messege for him to get it together. Won't accomplish anything but if felt good.

I hope the entire Vonage organization is running its own service -- i.e., eating its own dog food. It's amazing how QOS goes up the priority list when a senior VP is unable to make outgoing calls..... LOL.

Having said that, VOIP is VOIP -- there is a price to be paid for being in the cutting edge.... Sad

203 and 914 seem ok now. That's a great idea messaging Citron. We should all start calling him collect. In a more understanding mood, though, I am guessing this is all related to explosive growth. And the more growth the more power Vonage will have to make sure the FCC doesn't allow blocking, which would impact us all.

Am in Seattle, WA and cannot make outgoing calls without a message that says, "No Routes Found." Quite frustrating. Vonage2Vonage Calls and Incoming Calls Appear to Work. Never thought I would have to fall back on Skype. Vonage, get it together!

Vonage appears to be working for the calls I'm making...with one notable exception -- Vonage itself! The Vonage phone numbers don't seem to be working now, just endless ringing. Way to go guys! If i had this type of track record, mosy of my clients would have fired me, especially if they couldn't get ahold of me.

Straight from the Dashboard:
"No service announcements at this time."

is anyone else getting the message "No Routes Found?" Kind of a weird message of a guy that does not sound typical. Is this a Vonage problem or is there a fix I can employ.

Tried calling from another line, same problem. Tried calling Vonage help-line, keeps ringing with no answer.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Vonage is out again here in the 310 area code (Los Angeles)

I am nearing my last straw with Vonage. If this keeps happening I will switch ASAP!
