Get a solid green light on the connection to the Linksys adapter, but fax does not communicate. Any ideas? |

I can no longer fax from HP all in one. It worked for months. I can not fax from backup laptop either.
CS is clueless or hangs up.
Tried: -Dail *99 before the number -Change the baud rate to 9600 -Turn ECM off
Does Vonage provide english speaking customber support that knows what they are doing? Been tryiong to get in touch with CS for a month. Sick and tired.

I have been using the 6110xi fax with Vonage for the past two weeks and all has been going well, both sending and receiving. |

My HP stopped faxing as well, but there is a fix, change the FAX baudrate to 9600. Here's a link to instructions: HP Officejet FAX baudrate setting |

Using HP 6110 fax as well and can't receive. Changed buad rate, ECM to off and still no luck. However, I did find that changing the voice mail answer time out on Vonage from 15 that I was using to say greater than 30 seconds let the fax machine answer. The problem is that it always answered and voice mail would never kick in. Be great if someone figures this out. CS is clueless. |
