Post subject: Done it again
International rates have increased per new rate schedule as of 7/29.
Calls to India cost 22% more since the last 3 months.
Earlier to that they raised it by 40%
Looks like I have to call CS and ask them to transfer the call.
Is there a setting on the account that would let me know if the rates changed?

That is not true. I have had
Vonage
for over a year now, and the rates to India have been 17c/min since then. I know bcos I call frequently. Also, the cellular rates have been pretty constant as well, at 18c/min.
I think you probably are referring to the city-specific rates. I dont know about that.

You are right. I may have generalized it a bit. I was referring to Chennai/Madras. Start of this year it was 10c then it became 14 now its 17c.
