There are no service announcements, but I can't connect to either www.vonage.com or the member site. I have a dial tone, but cannot make any calls.

When we make outbound calls from our Vonage line to our POTS number, it rings on the Vonage end but the POTS line never rings. (Tampa Bay area.)

Vonage -> Vonage calls work OK, and POTS -> Vonage is OK. Seems to be only Vonage -> POTS that is failing.

We cannot get to the Vonage website either.

RE: System notices.... I've noticed that system notices are only posted during the outage. Once the issue clears, the notice is taken down. In a situation like this, where the website is inaccessible and phone service is down, once the webstie and phones come back up, the service announcement page shows "no issues at this time". Well DUH!! They should really have a history page showing the previous X-number of announcements, so we aren't left wondering if it really was a Vonage-wide outage or just something flaky with our ISP.

IMO, of course. Cash value: $0.0001

I dial *123 to get my menu and after 20 seconds it asks for my password. I enter it and it says "invalid password".

It looks like the entire Vonage infrastructure has crashed, and still no service announcement!

Same issues here..... I get a dial tone but no calls are going out. Just ring, ring, ring, ring... I called my cell phone and Vonage phone rang, but my cell never rang; tried that 4 times.

Oh well.

Wish I could be that unconcerned, but I use my line for business. People are trying to get ahold of me and I am stuck on call forwarding with no way of turning it off. I have a teleconference in 45 minutes and no way to join.
