So Dan, what's "full scale"? If I can't get a call thru, it isn't problem, as long as you can?
I'd just like to know what the problem is how they are fixing it so it won't happen again.

Funny thing is, I can call cell phones in the area, but not land lines. I can make long distance calls, but not local. Very strange.

Vonage corporate tel: 732.528.2600.... Call Friday, if your service is up which is always doubtful and ask for Jeffrey Citron, Chairman-CEO. Call, call and call again!

Post subject: Because
Call Friday because by then the phones may be up. Like anything else, if you can't get satisfaction you go up the ladder. Why not start at the top! Enough people call and maybe they will put more money into keeping things up instead of producing cute commercials and believing their own press releases.

Post subject: Service announcement gone
The fact that the service announcement disappeared a little while ago gave me hope that the service was back to "normal". No such luck. Still can't make outgoing here in Miami. Keep getting "all circuits are busy", Wife is busting my chops over dumping our POTS.
