If you did not transfer the Toll-Free number into Vonage and they assigned you one, then you will not be able to transfer it out. At least that's the last I've heard of.

I am not sure if it is the same for a Toll-Free number, but I have read posts in the LNP forum stating that it is possible to transfer a Vonage assigned number out to another carrier. In fact, one of the posts was from a Vonage employee.
