Any way to do this on the Mac OSX version of the Softphone app?
I opened the app by the same name (minus the .exe) with BBEdit, and wasn't able to find any useful matching code when searching with the more unique word parameters you mentioned (such as "display", "user", "vonage", etc).
Currently, my problem is that I'm receiving softphone email alerts associating my Caller ID with "Richard Jones" (don't know who the heck that is). Naturally, I'm concerned that my caller ID might show up to some folks with that incorrect name. My main Vonage account email alerts show the correct name, so I don't understand the discrepency between it and the Softphone ID. I haven't heard back from Vonage customer service since my first online contact form inquiry / help request over 30 days ago.
