Issue: Whenever on the phone, my wired network goes dead. All PC's set up for wireless are fine, but wired network unusable until phone is hung up. Also cuts out intermittently when not on the phone. Have occasional issues where phone doesn't ring and calls are immediately sent to voicemail.
The D-Link router has supported 4 wireless connections and 4 wired with no problems until Vonage. All devices are supported by the router, Vonage equipment is used strictly for phone.

If I may ask for clarification, you have eight PC's on the DLink? Four wireless and four wired or was that just past experience?
I see on DLink's web site they have a new firmware (3.02) released on Feb 14, 2005. What version are you running? |

DukeXO,
Any reason why you can't set up in this order
Modem -> RT31P2 -> Dlink 524
that's the way I have it and it works like a charm. I can connect on the internet while on the phone. I think it's an upload bandwidth issue when you set it up in your configuration. |
