Incoming caller id shows wrong name

When I get a call from one of my neighbors their number shows up correctly but the name that shows up is completely wrong. Others with a landline phone get the correct name on their caller id so I am thinking this is a Vonage issue. What can be done about this?

from what I've read it's an engineering issue (as in call tech support and see if they'll create a ticket for the engineers to correct it).
did you have caller id before Vonage? or another way to test its not messed up?

Yes I had caller id before Vonage and the information was correct until I moved to Vonage. It is only this one number though that I have found so far, and like I said before when this person calls anyone else without Vonage their info shows up correctly.

I have had a similar issue since I switched to Vonage. When I call my home from work my work number shows up correctly but instead of my company name it shows an individuals name. I looked this person up in the phone book and they are listed with a different number.

This is the only number that I have noticed it happens with.
