Alright, i previusly had my setup as follows. cable modem --> router --> vonage (motoral) box. And it worked but the quality was terrible, delay between when i said something and when they heard it, choppy. SO i changed it to this cable modem --> vonage box --> router. And i havent even been able to get a dial tone, i've unplugged it, waited and plugged it in again, i've unplugged the whole things and plugged it back in and i cant get a dial tone, can anyone help me? |

try it back the way you had it see if it works. if so try your new setup again. if not contact vonage. |

WOW- I just got home and found that I have no dialtone!
Are there logs available I can look at to see when the box went down?
I just did a reboot and now everything is back up again.
