Regarding the VM forum request, I always look at a few factors when I open a new community, I will look at then in the next 24 hours.

Very informative article. Though internet based voicemail services aren't as much used as regular voice mail i think the edge can save you money in the long run.

I've found voice mail to be an invaluable part of my business. I use http://101voicemail.com in particular. It serves two purposes: 1.) I can record my promos in my personal greetings 2.) Customer's can leave their questions and I can call them at my own time. The bonus of filtering unwanted calls and saving as many messages I want is great.
