Is anyone aware of some problems with their voicemail, such as no message waiting indications when having a new message? And conversely when deleting a message THEN getting message waiting indication when there is no message in the voicemailbox?
I spoke with the trouble line and the person said that it was a known issue and they were working on it, with no indication as to when it would be fixed. Was he conning me or is this actually happening to more accounts than mine?

In reading some other topics I think there is a service issue that Vonage has not admitted in their service status bulletins that go beyond just voicemail issues. Such as network unavailability numbers being invoked when not justified ( I hope I explained that well enough ). This strange behavior has been happening, at least to me, since Monday afternoon.
You would think they would at least 'fess up'. |

I have been having the same issues since Monday as well. It would be nice if you could truset their service bulletins, but I never see anything there during any of the few times there have been problems with my service. |
