Post subject: Help Desk Tickets
I would like to see a section on the dashboard where we can view our current support tickets to
Vonage
. Knowing the status of them would be a nice feature.
Let's just say that my occasions with Tech support have been rough.

Amen.
Just knowing that an e-mail made it thru would be a step in the right direction.
After waiting for a week for a response to a problem reported by my wife, I called and found that they had no record of it.
Having it appear on the dashboard would be good customer service.

You can also try sending emails to
dslreports@vonage.com
That usually gets a response within 24 hrs.
