Post subject: Vonage & Calls to the 100 Operator
I made a call to the operator the other day to ask them to check a line because it had been engaged for hours and i noticed tonight i had been charged for this call.
so i decided to have a look at their calls rates and the call rates chart for UK calls isnt a easy one to find i eventually found a link to it on the call transfer page lol
but i was shocked to find they are charging
£0.96 per minute daytime
£0.44 per minute evening
£0.35 per minute weekend
for the operator and Int operator.
any telephone provider in the Uk that i have used or know of dont charge for 100/155 service
and its the BT operator u get when u dial 100 on
Vonage
and bt dont charge their customers
Im shocked

I also got charged £0.07 for a call to 100. I applied for a credit and this was approved. I also pointed out to them that 100 is a free call from UK and should not be classed as a "directory enquiry" call. 7p is not much but they really need to get more UK orientated. Slightly off subject but an incoming uk ring would be good instead of US style.

I had
Vonage
for about a month now - but I was shocked to see that I was charged for an international call for 1471.
I had rung customer services - they said it was a mistake - and refund me, as well as checking other accounts...
