Apparently engineering fixed the 16 minute cutoff problem. Those of you that have been having it please re-test. If you are still having it please PM me with your information (acct number, call back info). We are going to have to set you up on debug, and then have it actually happen then send it up to our engineers. |

I would be interested as well. Been installed since November, and
never had a problem until the last 3 weeks. Support indicated to
me that it is my ISP, or my Hardware.

I can confirm that it's possible to make calls longer than 16 minutes without having to open ports on the other router. Since I installed my Vonage box yesterday, I've racked up ~165 minutes, and at least 45 (well, 90, 2x45) were a 3-way call. Longest call was about 70 mins. I didn't have my RT31P2 back when they were having the problems, so I'm not sure if the issue is fixed, but right out of the box, no probs. |

Do we need to do anything for the fix to apply to my account? My wife says after about 15 min, she was getting cut off. If there is nothing that needs to be done, I will have my wife test it out tonight. But if there is something that needs to be done (like a firmware upgrade) Please let me know |
