is this the latest version is 2.0.13e ? packet loss via voip

I called last night to vonage, says that 2.0.13e is not available yet, but since i saw it on other forums, I have called. I have 2.0.13b and they said they couldn't update, they had to send a ticket to the help desk for updating.. I am also having problems with latency, I did test my voip, and heres the results..

I think the PAP2 is up to firmware 3.1.3 now.

If you're going to post testyourvoip results, then post the detailed results... the lone number is mostly worthless.
