OK, there's some smart guy out there to write a program to do this.
I want to have a way to play my voicemail messages from my desktop via an icon.
You can go into your email and click on an attachment to play the voicemail, or login to your account, etc.
But I want a desktop program that would somewhat emulate an answering machine.
You know, you click on a button and it says the date and time of the voicemail, plays the voicemail, and you can click on delete/save etc.
Of course, all this can be done manually by logging into your account, but someone can make a cool program to do this.
What do you think?

The free program is slightly limited by length of messages, but you can get the paid program if you like it. I posted this link a couple months ago when VMRover was released. It will work with several
Voip
providers. It sits on your toolbar as an icon. When opened, it gives a voice mail message countt, and also shows caller ID info.
I like it, but I don't use it much. (very few of my calls go to voicemail, as I also use softphone and most get answered)

Great Program!!!!!
That was exactly what I was trying to describe.
I did search around google and others looking for something like this and didn't find anything.
They need to promote this more.
Vonage
needs to have maybe an "unsupported third party software" section.
The register version was only 9.99. I'm broke and of course always want free but that was well worth it.
Thanks for the info Pepperoni.

It looks pretty slick, but does anyone know if it will work with two
Vonage
lines, or would I have to DL once per line?
I saw it can pickup different types ie cellphone etc, but I wonder about multiple
Voip
lines...

Go to "preferences" , "accounts", and just "add account". It looks like it will handle multiple accounts.
