Wow do I see this correctly? I can get a UK Virtual Number, right? So if I get a London Virtual Number, does that mean that a friend in London can use it to call me, and it will be a local call for them, and a free call on my end? |

Reebok, I read that. And that would be a free call in that example, because it's a Florida to New York example and all US/Canada calls are free to a Vonage customer.
What I asked is, is that a free call to me, if someone in London calls my London virtual number, even though I'm in the US? Or do I get charged (besides the 4.99 monthly fee)? |

yes, all your incomming calls to that number are free to you, even if you are on the 500 plan, it's an incomming call so it's free 
same with the Mexico VN..
