I had been able to receive but not send faxes on my dedicated faxline. Now it works having called Vonage help for assistance on this. Two things happened;
1.) They adjusted something on the line (not sure what)
2.) They walked me through a series of steps:
- Simultaenously press the (#) and (*) keys
- Press 1,2,3,
- Press arrow key (+) until you see "r/w parameter", {enter}
- Press 1,5,3. {enter}
- Press 2, {enter}
- Press 1,5,9, {enter}
- Press 2, {enter}
- Go to Menu and scroll to "advanced fax setup"
- Scroll to "error correction mode"
- Press (+) until it sets to "off"
- Press {enter}
- Press "fax resolution" button
- Scroll through to and select "standard"
Good luck. |

Step 2. worked for me on an HP d145 all-in-one. I didn't even have to call Vonage. Thanks for posting this! |

A speed test will explain the mystery as to why some people need
tweaks and some don't. |
