****?! Vonage service is generally great but why is it that about every other time i go to log into my account it just hangs for liek 30 seconds and gives me some kind of error? is their website really down that often or is thee somethign i am doign wrong? |

I concur. If you on/off login attempts are spaced right after each each it may be your problem, but if they are different time/days it is probably Vonages - there have been quite a few posts about this recently. |

i tried to access it tonight on a work pc under IE and it crashed the browser!!  |

Same here... logged on with no issues. However, I am not using IE. I am using Firefox 1.0.6. |

when i am havign a problem logging in i generally try IE and then firefox and neither one works. i did eventually end up gettign in last night i just had to wait about an hour or so and try again. |

I'm sorry to hear about your access problems. Unfortunately, I have never experienced any issues of logging into my account on Vonage.com so it appears to be a more local issue than a nationwide Vonage issue. Perhaps its more specific to your particuarly account.
Everytime I have attempted to log in to my account I have been successful at all times of the day.
Interesting... have others been having trouble? |

I use Stephen Cerruti's java Activity program, which is basically another browser, and it always picks up the info from my account. |
