I may, on principle, believe Vonage should allow customers to unlock these devices (an suffer the consequences if they screw up their configuration) I don't believe $60 is worth sueing over. By the way, you are stating an intention to SUE, not SEW Vonage over this issue. Spell and grammer check your postings so you don't look like morons.
Any class action lawsuit over this issue will, like all class actions, ulitmately benefit only the lawyers, if it's even successful. Have any of you ever been part of one of these? You will be lucky to see any cash; the settlement - for all but the lawyers - usually takes the form of some miniscule amount of product or service. |
