Post subject: RT31P2 config file question
does the RT31P2 have a config file somewhere in it? the reason i ask is because some of my companies customers who have

and other
Voip
providers are experiencing bad voice quality coming from some packet loss. the cmts vendor is looking for a config file to work with from a phone adaptor. is there one and where can i find it if there is one? i looked through the diagnostics and don't see anything that may resemble it. thanks for any help.

I do believe you may be SOL on that one. There is not too much you can do with the RT.

i don't want to change anything with it. the vendor wanted to see it for some reason. the only thing i can think of is like a timing delay or something that he might be looking for. does this mean there is no such thing though.
