Hi. About six months ago, I was on the line with a senior technician who mentioned multiple mailboxes were in Beta Testing (along with 3 other key features) and would be available soon. I was never able to have anyone else in the company verify this information. I even wrote a letter to the EVP of Product Development at Vonage describing how important this feature is to Small Business Owners. I never received a response or acknowledgement from anyone at Vonage regarding my letter. (Yes, I know the letter was delivered -- I sent it CERTIFIED MAIL).

Has anyone else been able to verify this information.

One of my colleagues was thinking of switching to Vonage and required this feature as well. He said he called and inquired about multiple mailboxes and he was told there were no plans to implement this feature. I have no idea who he talked to or really how official that answer was.

Very Happy
I spoke with customer service at Vonage this afternoon and the gentleman stated that they will be releasing a new set of new features (INCLUDING MULTIPLE MAILBOXES) within the next month or two....

....or by the end of the year.

This is really exciting.

Perhaps they will have other features that users are really looking forward to such as Call Block, etc.

Would someone else call Vonage to see if we can get the same answer and perhaps pin down the actual feature sets that will be released and report back to the forum???

Next month or two means... maybe in the next year or two in reality.

These bozos are having a hard enough time making it so we have reliable dial tone.

Its is ashame that we don't have this feature yet. These people are concentrating all their efforts just trying to sell their stock much less any issues or request that actual customers have. I'm not sure what happened to the stock but this is also how good companies go under. It was probably a decision by someone in upper management that got prompted beyond their capabilities as usual.

Hi,

So I called Vonage last night regarding another issue. I had also asked about features such as multiple mailboxes, etc. I was simply told that Vonage does not comment on feature requests and to monitor the website or forums.
