Post subject: 6 Days without incoming calls! is that Easy LNP?
I need help. Does someone here has access to anyone at
Vonage
who can fix my service so that I am able to receive incoming calls?
Today is the 6th day that I have been without incoming calls.
Vonage
told me yesterday that they got the number from Verizon. Verizon had been telling me that they released the number on 7/14, the same day my phone stopped working. This morning
Vonage
told me that they got the number today.
I am missing phone calls. My kids' doctor is unable to reach me. I hope nothing bad happened to my family or friends, as they do not have any way of contacting me.
I ask all the
Vonage
employees who log on to this forum: Can you help me so that I can start getting calls on my phone? If you can't, then do you know someone at
Vonage
who can help? PM me and I will send you the ticket numbers.

Yes. People can call me again.
All it took were about 200+ email messages and about 50+ phone calls to
Vonage
Customer Support.
