i want to get 1 thing clear b4 getting vonage
1) i have a netgear 54mbps wireless router
my isp is BT so its a adsl broadband at 1mbps
when i buy vonage they supply me wit some thing right? some kind of adapter.

if this is incorrect plz reply
the second thing is can i take the vonage adapter to india where i can also have broadband (fast) and have a uk number on it? so when some1 from uk calls me it will cost them their local charge |

That's how I've got mine set up and yes, It should work on any internet connection that's fast enough. |

is it possible to connect the LinkSys RT31P2 (vonage adapter) to my netgear DG834G(Netgear DG834G) Wireless router via ethernet
or
does the linksys HAVE to be connected to the ethernet port on the computer and not on a wireless router |

The LinkSys RT31P2 needs to be connected to one of the ethernet ports on your router. |

perfect so it does not have to be connected to the comp it is possible to connected to the router |

you don't even need a computer. As long as you have an ethernet connection with the internet on it, it should work. |
