superkev72,
I have tried everything possible, and there is absolutely no solution to this problem. I asked Vonage to swap this stupid thing for me and give me an RTP300 instead, but they are not able to make an exchange to a different model unless you are still within the first 30 days. If you are still within that time frame, call them and cancel the account, return these two units and ask them to open a new account for you and ship you RTP300s instead. If you are out of this period, call the 1800 number and go to the "cancel lines" division and tell them about the problem you are having. Tell them you still want to stay with them so not to charge you termination fees, but instsead close the current account, and open a new account with and add two lines there with RTP300s. I hope what I am saying makes sense. This is what I got them to do for me. Best of luck. Let me know if I can help any further. |

That's no good, trade in my Wireless G router for a wired only one? That defeats the entire purpose for this crazy thing. Vonage should be reported to the PUC for this. |

Yup, but thats the only wireless unit they offer. I have connected another wireless router to the RTP300 to serve the purpose. I don't think you have a choice but to do that buddy... |
