Area Code, when?

Does anyone have any information (insider) on when area code 606 in Kentucky for Somerset, Science Hill, or Burnside will be offered? I would really like to switch to Vonage, but the local number thing is keeping me from it.

I was just hoping that maybe that a Vonage tech in here could help. I really want Vonage, but this is the only problem.

I wish you would get a favorable response here but I have my doubts. I signed on in January in central Oregon with Vonage promising area code 541 was "right around the corner". Now they will not even respond to "when?" In January there were 4 Oregon area codes available but not 541. For the last few months only 1. They are going backward! The odd part to me is that Vonage is advertising heavily on local TV!! I cannot see where any area codes have been added since I signed up. I sure wish they were a little more straight forward with their customers about what is going on here! If you check the threads you will see several other discussions about lack of area codes but I don't see where any were resolved.. <Sigh>
